Songs during Adoration
O Lord, I am not worthy
O Lord, I am not worthy That thou should'st come to me; But speak the word of comfort, My spirit healed shall be.
And humbly I'll receive thee, The Bridegroom of my soul, No more by sin to grieve thee Or fly thy sweet control.
Eternal Holy Spirit, Unworthy though I be, Prepare me to receive him And trust the Word to me.
Increase my faith, dear Jesus, In thy real presence here, And make me feel most deeply That thou to me art near.
Jesus, My Lord, My God, My All
Jesus! my Lord, my God, my all! How can I love Thee as I ought? And, how revere this wondrous gift, So far surpassing hope or thought?
Sweet Sacrament! we Thee adore! O, make us love Thee more and more!
Had I but Mary's sinless heart To love Thee with, my dearest King! O with what bursts of fervent praise Thy goodness, Jesus, would I sing!
Sweet Sacrament! we Thee adore! O, make us love Thee more and more!
Oh, see upon the altar placed The victim of divinest love! Let all the earth below adore Ahd join the choirs of heav’n above
Sweet Sacrament! we Thee adore! O, make us love Thee more and more!
