KAWASAKI MULE Raffle

OFFICIAL RAFFLE RULES

1. The proceeds from this raffle will directly benefit the needs of Queen of the Holy Rosary - Wea, herein "QHR," which is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
2. Raffle tickets will be sold as 1 for $25 or 5 for $100.
3. Winner need not be present to win. QHR will contact the winner via phone and/or email according to the information provided. Prize must be claimed within 2 days of the auction date.
4. Raffle tickets are non-refundable.
5. The winner is responsible for any taxable income.
6. Participant agrees to release and hold harmless Queen of the Holy Rosary - Wea, its respective subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each such company's officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the raffle or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.
7. QHR and the donor reserve the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify this raffle, or any part of it, in the event of fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond QHR's reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the raffle.
8. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that QHR may use the winner's name and picture for any advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law.
9. All personal information from raffle participants will not be shared or sold to any other party.
10. Entries must be mailed in by October 6, 2026.
11. NOTE: Only one winning ticket will be drawn. No additional ticket chances will be auctioned off. NEED NOT BE PRESENT TO WIN!
