Smoking for our Seminarians

The Wea Knights provide financial support to our seminarians who are answering the Lord's call to a religious life and other parish needs. We currently support three seminarians from our area that are answering that call. By purchasing delicious smoked meats from us you are assisting us in these efforts, and we thank you.

We smoke for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, and July 4th. (Our July 4th rib smoking specifically supports Pregnancy Resource Clinics.) The ordering information as well as pick up times will be posted on this site prior to the holidays.
The Wea KNIGHTS are once again SMOKING for the 4th of July 2026
This is our annual RIBS ONLY July 4th smoke that supports our prolife causes. We are smoking on July 2nd and each rack is $25 and you can start munching the minute to get in your vehicle! Order extra to cover your entire 4th of July weekend!
Deadline to order is Monday July 1. Pick up will be 4pm-5pm Thursday July 2nd.
