Smoking for our Seminarians

The Wea Knights provide financial support to our seminarians who are answering the Lord's call to a religious life and other parish needs.  We currently support three seminarians from our area that are answering that call.  By purchasing delicious smoked meats from us you are assisting us in these efforts, and we thank you.  

We smoke for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, and July 4th.  (Our July 4th rib smoking specifically supports Pregnancy Resource Clinics.)  The ordering information as well as pick up times will be posted on this site prior to the holidays.

It's time for a Thanksgiving feast with plenty of smoked meat and we are just the guys to smoke some up for you.  We are offering a full menu again for Thanksgiving so please place your orders below.

Turkey Breast (8 LB) $40
Turkey (@ 15 Lb) $40
Ham (@6 Lb) $35   fully cooked
Ham (@ 8 Lb) $45  fully cooked
Brisket (large @ 7 Lb) $90
Brisket (small @ 5 Lb) $70
Pork Roast (@ 7.5 Lb) $30
Ribs (Baby back slab) $25 fully cooked

Deadline to order is Sunday November 23rd.
Pick up will be 5PM to  6PM on Wednesday, November 26th, for Thanksgiving.

Pay via Check, Cash or Venmo when you pick up.

Turkey, Brisket and Pork Roast will need additional cooking time. Ribs and hams will be fully cooked so all you will need to do is heat and eat at a time of your choosing.
